When you use the BBB logo and or name, you make a strong statement about your business ethics. It is a symbol that can help deliver your message to customers and represents your commitment to customer satisfaction. The BBB logo and member companies are recognized by consumers as responsible, customer friendly businesses with high ethical standards. Businesses they can trust. Benefit from your CCBBB membership by putting the logo where it matters most – in front of your customers and business associates.

A BBB Accredited Business enrolled in the Accredited Business Identification Program (ABIP) is eligible to use the logo. In order to participate, a business must sign a “pre-commitment to arbitration” agreement. This means that if a consumer complaint against the business cannot be resolved through normal bureau mediation, then the case can be turned over to an impartial arbitrator, whose decision in the matter will be binding. There is a fee per party for the arbitration and the BBB Accredited Business must pay for both parties (plus GST).

Where to use the BBB logo

Enrollment in ABIP provides you with logo artwork you can use in traditional advertising such as:

· Super/Yellow Pages (not online)
· Regional telephone books
· Newspapers, magazines, newsletters (not online)
· Billboards, posters, flyers
· Direct Mail
· Business Cards, stationary, invoices, fax covers
· TV/Radio *
· Any advertising or promotional material not on the internet.

* The words “BBB Accredited Business” can be used in “voice over audio” and/or on printed material when the ABIP logo is not being used. This text, or phrase, must not accompany the logo as it will compromise the logo’s trademark protection
